All NaughtyKitty.com shipments are sent via UPS,
FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail
While we try to get all packages shipped within
10 business days of your order—usually much sooner—,
please take weekends and holidays into account when considering
the final delivery date. If an item is backordered, NaughtyKitty.com
will notify you and give you an approximate date for delivery.
RETURNS
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within
7 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund
less a 15% restocking fee (for any items returned for refund). Restocking
fee does not pertain to exchanges. We will only refund shipping
charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
If you're making an exchange because you want a different size,
style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
The return/exchange value is determined by the garment's
last retail price.
Please note: NAUGHTY KITTY ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT
RETURNS ON PRODUCTS
THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Merchandise that you purchased
from a store or website other than NaughtyKitty.com cannot be returned
or
exchanged through us.

and a member of the NaughtyKitty.com team will reply within 24-48
hours.
When will your CCNOW Account be
refunded?
Once your package has been received by NaughtyKitty.com your refund
will be processed in the original form of payment (CCNOW) within
3-5 business days.
Please note CCNOW may require additional days to process and post
this transaction to your account once they have received the information
from NaughtyKitty.com
Naughty Kitty LLC. uses CCNOW as its preferred payment method.
It makes your shopping with us both a fast and easy process.
CCNOW also offers buyers protection, and also offers CCNOW features,
such as buyer credit and currency conversion. This allows NaughtyKitty.com
